Scott Williams

Owner and president of Insurance Associates since 1990 and a prominent member of the Norfolk business community for 30 years. Scott is a Certified Insurance Counselor that specializes in commercial property and casualty insurance.

Steve Smith

Steve has over 30 years of experience in the life and health insurance field. He has been affiliated with Insurance Associates since 1988, and prior to joining the agency was a manager for a major insurance company. Steve is a Chartered Life Underwriter and a Chartered Financial Consultant and specializes in employee benefit plans.

John Witherspoon

John has been a prominent member of the Norfolk business community for 30 years. After running a successful business, John decided to apply his knowledge to the Insurance Industry. John has been with Insurance Associates for one year and specializes in commercial property and casualty insurance.

Cole Williams

Cole is Insurance Associates’ newest member, bringing a youthful spirit and enthusiasm to the agency. Cole is a graduate of Wayne State College and currently a licensed insurance agent. Cole specializes in Insurance Associates’ meat processors insurance program.

Wendy McLaughlin

Wendy has been with Insurance Associates for 10 years and is currently a commercial lines CSR. Wendy focuses her time and attention on Insurance Associates’ meat processors insurance program.

Amy Chamberlin

Amy has 4 years of commercial lines claims experience, 3 of which have been with Insurance Associates.

Sherri Widner

Sherri has been in the insurance business since 1976. Sherri is Insurance Associates’ senior personal lines CSR and producer.
